Nicky helped us to remortgae our rental property when our previous fixed term ran out. we had looked at Buy-to-Let deals on line and were resolved to the fact that we may end up having very little nett income from the rental once we covered the mortgage payments. However Nicky quickly came up with an excellent deal for us, he understood our situation and requirements perfectly.
