Nicholas supported us through what was a very complex and stressful remortgage, involving legal complications and delays outside of our control. Throughout the entire process he was calm, professional, patient and incredibly supportive, keeping us informed at every stage and never once making us feel like a burden.
What really stood out was his perseverance and reassurance during a situation that could easily have fallen apart. He worked closely with solicitors, explained everything clearly, and genuinely went above and beyond to get the remortgage completed successfully.
