Nicky helped us to remortgae our rental property when our previous fixed term ran out. we had looked at Buy-to-Let deals on line and were resolved to the fact that we may end up having very little nett income from the rental once we covered the mortgage payments. However Nicky quickly came up with an excellent deal for us, he understood our situation and requirements perfectly. He organised everything for us and even managed to find an even better deal at the last moment which has meant we are still getting a good profit on our property.
